Each inspection includes inspection of the following:

* Grounds, landscaping, drainage, grading, driveways and walkways
* General exterior, siding, cornice, windows, doors, decks, porches, balconies, stairs and landing, roof, gutters and chimney
* Structural condition, foundation and or pilings, garage doors, mechanical openers, under floor observations, floor framing,
  attic condtion, roof framing
* General interior, room by room,  including ceilings, walls, floors, windows, ventilation and fireplace
* Kitchen, cabinets, sinks, tops, floors, walls, ceilings and appliances
* Electrical, plumbing, water heater, heating and air conditioning systems

All home inspections are in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the NC Home Inspectors Licensure Board.
